All Romantic Corp. artists have been formally trained to follow this protocol and the correct use of masks, gloves and hand sanitizer.

TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Romantic Corp. commits to that the Artists take a daily control of their temperature and symptoms.

ARTIST CHECKUPS

EQUIPMENT, MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS AND SHOW MATERIAL.

Artists are responsible for disinfecting their equipment, musical instruments and show material before and after each performance. Artists who sing or speak will use their own microphones.

USE OF PROTECTIVE MASKS

The use of protective masks is obligatory in spaces where a 2 meter social distancing separation cannot be maintained. This includes show colleagues, hotel workers and members of outside companies. This will not be the case during performances.

All artists are to wear disposable gloves while setting up and breaking down their show equipment and material. Upon the correct use and removal of sanitary gloves. All artrists are to wash their hands thoroughly.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Artists who work in common areas such as lobbies where clients frequently pass, will take special care to ensure no close up or physical contact occurs with anyone in the area. Wherever this is not possible, protective masks will be used.

At no time during a performance will any artist be allowed to descend from the stage and approach a member of the public. All audience partricipation and interactive activity during shows is cancelled and forbidden from now on.

Romantic Corp. is commited to inform and enforce any and all sanitary protocols set out by the hotel and the spanish board of health. the safety of your clients and our artists is our number one priority. All artists will enter through the entrance for Personnel and Suppliers (where the entry procedure will be followed: temperature, shoe disinfection, etc.)

HOTEL PROTOCOL

This protocol of sanitary protection and security was developed following the advice of The Health Ministry of Spain, and supervised by the private company Quironprevencion who specializes in safety and prevention for companies like Romantic Corp.
